I can do 6/1 for the turrets and missiles for the Halbred. But I want to keep it in the theme of the others. Considering that the other Theater Command ships get a max of 7 missile and turrets combined. Thanks for pointing that out.

The reason that the Theater Command ship does not have the 3rd warfare link on it is because of 2 reasons. First off, someone had pointed out that making the skip a carbon copy as far as command bonuses of the fleet command ship (the Command Ship)...
